Prices start from a minimum of Euro 30,00 per person per night, to a maximum of Euro 80,00 per person per night. Normally we ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Depending on availability and compatibility with our bookings, it may be possible to book a stay of a single night.
SPECIAL PRICES Long Stays/Groups (minimum 8 people): prices will vary depending on reservations and particular offers that may be made at any time.
Children/Teenagers 10 years of age or younger – free, from 11 y to 17 y – 50%.
Prices listed include: electricity, water, heating and air conditioning, bed linens, towels, final cleaning services, and changing of sheets, towels and kitchen linens.
RULES AND REQUIREMENTS
We would like to inform all our guests that smoking is strictly prohibited in all the buildings or any closed environments at Ca’ del Gelso.
Cleaning
Cleaning of the apartment is usually done every 7 days depending on date of arrival; at the guests request cleaning services can be rendered more frequently for an additional fee. For all apartments cleaning of the kitchen and all kitchenware is excluded and IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST. At departure there will be a fee of Euro 25,00 (twenty-five) per apartment if the kitchen and/or kitchenware needs to be cleaned.
Linens
Changing of sheets, towels and kitchen linens are usually done every 7 days depending on date of arrival and length of stay. At the guests request services can be more frequent for a supplemental fee per person. Security Deposit Euro 150,00 euros per week as a guarantee against damage or breakage during your stay. For shorter stays a deposit of Euro 22,00 euros per day will be required.

We are not equipped for the deposit or storage of valuables, cash or personal items, we do NOT have a safe. In the case of longer stays it may be possible to arrange for the deposit of some items in our bank.
Conditions for Reservations
We accept reservations via telephone or e-mail and require a deposit of an amount equal to 30% of the total for your entire visit.

In case of reservations made a short time before your scheduled arrival date we ask that you please mail the postal order or effect the transfer as quickly as possible and send us the receipt to our e-mail address (info@cadelgelso.com). We will need to verify your deposit in order to guarantee your reservation. Documents can be mailed to our e-mail address (info@cadelgelso.com). The remainder of your balance must be paid in cash upon your arrival at Ca’ del Gelso, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!
In Case Reservations Need to Be Cancelled
The following penalties will be assessed in case of cancellation:
From 90 to 45 days prior to arrival – 10% of deposit
From 44 to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of deposit
From 29 to 8 days prior to arrival – 40% of deposit
