Apartments in Breda di Piave
Ca’ del Gelso is a two-story building. On the ground level there is the lobby and four of the seven apartments available. From the central entryway and via a rustic stairwell in the center of the building you can reach the second level and the three remaining apartments.
Each apartment has an independant entrance and is furnished in a simple rustic and comfortable style.
Windows in all rooms are equipped with screens so guests have the option of keeping them open. The ceilings of the ground level apartments are characterized by wooden beams which are also visible on the terrace.
The second level apartments have ceiling of tile and wooden beams.
Each apartment has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, cookware etc…), bedroom and bathroom with shower. Bed linens, towels, television, heat and air conditioning included.
Here are all the apartments of our agritourism:
La Fonte Apartment (360 sq ft)
Located on the ground level, it includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
From the living room you can enjoy an impressive view of the mulberry tree and one of the farms vineyards.
L'Arco Apartment (360 sq ft)
Located on the ground level “The Arc” is characterized by an arched entryway that provides wonderful natural lighting to the units main living space.
The apartment includes living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and its view overlooks the pool, the old mulberry tree and the vineyard.
La Colonna Apartment (450 sq ft)
Located in the central part of the building on the ground level and to the left of the lobby, this unit includes living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom.
“La Colonna” apartment covers both sides of the building allowing guests to enjoy a beautiful view of the garden from two different perspectives.
Il Portico Apartment (500 sq ft)
This apartment is situated on two levels with its entrance being off the terrace into the large living room.
The unit has a separate kitchen on the first floor and the two bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor with access through the living room. Covering three sides of the main structure “The Terrace” offers a near 360 degrees view of the surrounding panorama.
Il Gelso Apartment (480 sq ft)
First of the three second floor apartments, “The Gelso” has a large living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom.
We could say that “The Gelso” is our most appreciated suite.
This apartment is south oriented and the living space is extremely well lit thanks to the ample windows, which grant a wonderful view.
Seeing the gardens, pool, vineyards and the surrounding countryside will give you the feeling of having control over everything around you!
Il Lucernaio Apartment (500 sq ft)
This unit is located on the second level and is as spectacular as “The Gelso”.
Large living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom are included.
The name “Lucenario” is taken from the two large skylights located in the living room which open out onto the roof and are easily controlled from a control panel in the unit. The bedroom window faces the west and opens on the widest part of the garden which is particularly colorful in the springtime.
La Scala Apartment(414 sq ft)
Located on the first floor, “The Scala” has a large and bright living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The panorama view from the living room has nature as its star: simply spectacular!
