A bit of history….
Agritourism Ca’ del Gelso was inaugurated in April 2006, after careful restoration of the rural building previously used as an old farmhouse. It is located within an estate that extends for about 32 hectares in the northern part of the Marca Trevigiana near the river Sacred to the Homeland, The Piave, in a strategic position. In the large garden is located the swimming pool with a splendid view of the Treviso countryside.

The facility
We have 7 apartments all equipped with living room with kitchen or separate kitchen, complete bathroom, shower box, hairdryer, bedroom, hallway, TV and wifi. We provide accommodation only. Our prices are per person per night, the price includes water, electricity, and gas consumption, use of the kitchen, equipped with electric plates and fridge with small freezer compartment, present in each apartment, (where you will find dishes, plates and glasses), bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens, and final cleaning.

Extends for about 62 hectares cultivated with arable crops (mostly corn, wheat and soybeans), alfalfa and vineyard from whose grapes the famous “Prosecco” wine and others are produced.

How to request information and make reservations
The services offered by Agritourism Ca’ del Gelso can be booked:

To make a reservation, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total is required; once the deposit is received, a confirmation email will be sent. The balance will be paid upon guests’ arrival at the agritourism.

Check-In
Arrival time is scheduled from 1:00 PM and no later than 7:30 PM. In special cases, different times can be arranged with prior agreement with the staff.

Check-Out
Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you think you will be late, please inform us in advance to allow us to better carry out our activities, but in any case, a cost equivalent to an additional day of stay will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
From the moment of booking confirmation, in case of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation penalties will apply (unless special arrangements are made):

• From 90 to 45 days before arrival date, 10% of the total will be retained
• From 45 to 30 days before arrival date, 20% of the total will be retained
• From 29 to 1 day before arrival date, the entire deposit will be retained

Payments
Accepted payment methods are: cash, credit cards (no American Express), debit cards, and bank transfer. The balance for the stay must be paid upon arrival at the agritourism along with the submission of documents necessary for completing all formalities.

Main Services
Room tidying, bathroom cleaning, and linen change will be performed weekly.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Swimming Pool
Pool use is free and exclusively for overnight guests of the agritourism. There is no lifeguard service, and entry is prohibited for unaccompanied minors under 18. The pool is open approximately from June 1st to September 30th from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM. Management provides pool towels to paying guests for stays of 3 nights or more. Please do not consume food and drinks at poolside, do not bring bottles and glasses inside the pool area, and respect the peace by maintaining a quiet atmosphere at poolside that is comfortable and relaxing for all guests.
Internet

Free WiFi is available in all areas of the agritourism including the garden and pool area. The password will be given to you upon arrival.

Games and Activities
Outside near the pool, there is a gazebo and BBQ available for guests (materials needed for lighting the fire will be provided by management upon request). Bicycles are also available for excursions in the surrounding area. A few kilometers from the agritourism is the natural area of the Piave River.

Parking
The parking is not guarded but is located within the property which is accessed through an automatic gate. There are no particular risks, however, we still advise you to lock your cars, avoiding noisy anti-theft devices so as not to disturb the peace.

Closing
The agritourism has an automatic gate, therefore there are no time limits. All guests are independent and must obtain the gate code from management.

Some obligations
We invite you to adopt behavior that respects the peace and relaxation of other guests. In particular, please do not speak loudly on the stairs. Respect for nature and guests’ tranquility is appreciated, especially during daytime and nighttime rest hours. Please note that the presence of people hosted by overnight guests for the purpose of using the BBQ and gazebo for lunch or dinner must always be communicated to management in advance. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments, as is the use of additional heating devices and open flames. It is forbidden to leave personal effects of any kind (shoes etc.) in the stairwell and outside apartment doors, and it is also forbidden to hang clothing or any type of linen on the stairwell railings.
