Prices start from a minimum of 30€ per person per night, to a maximum of 60€ per person per night.

Normally we ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights.  Depending on availability and compatibility with our bookings it may be possible to book a stay of a single night.
Prices listed include : electricity, water, heating and air conditionig, final cleaning services, and changing of sheets, towels and kitchen linens.

RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

Cleaning
Cleaning of the apartment is usually done every 7 days; at the guests request cleaning services can be rendered more frequently for an additional fee.

For all apartments cleaning of the kitchen and all kitchenware is excluded and IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST. 

At departure there will be a fee of 25 (twenty-five) euros per apartment if the kitchen and/or kitchenware needs to be cleaned.

Linens
Changing of sheets, towels and kitchen linens are usually done every 7 (seven) days depending on date of arrival and length of stay.  At the guests request services can be more frequent for a supplemental fee per person.

Security Deposit
150 (one hundred and fifty) euros per week as a guarantee against damage or breakage during your stay.  For shorter stays a deposit of 22 (twenty-two) euros per day will be required.

Check out

In case of delay the guest will pay for one more night.

We are not equipped for the deposit or storage of valuables, cash or personal items,  we do NOT have a safe.  In the case of longer stays it may be possible to arrange for the deposit of some items in our bank.

Conditions for Reservations
We accept reservations via telephone, fax or e-mail and require a deposit of an amount equal to 30% of the total for your entire visit.

In case of reservations made a short time before your scheduled arrival date we ask that you please mail the bank check or effect the
transfer as quickly as possible and fax us the receipt for the check or proof of the transfer.

We will need to verify your deposit in order to guarantee your reservation.  Documents can be faxed to +39 0422 1760206.

The remainder of your balance must be paid in cash upon your arrival at Ca' del Gelso,

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!
In Case Reservations Need to Be Cancelled
The following penalties will be assessed in case of cancellation:
From 90 to 45 days prior to arrival - 10% of the total amount
From 44 to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total amount
From 29 to 1   days prior to arrival - 40% of the total amount
After scheduled date of arrival entire amount will be forfeit.

Children/Teenagers
Children 5 (five) years of age or younger - free
Children 6 (six) to 15 (fifteen) - 50%

Long Stays
Prices will vary depending on reservations and particular offers that may be made at any time.
